New for 2019 - I'm running some very special Retreat Days with Claire Willet of MillStream Pilates.
Our first retreat 'Pilates and Pause' was on Saturday 23rd February. We had a fantastic day with some lovely people.
The next retreat day will be Saturday 29th June - watch this space for more information.
About the practice
I am based in Abingdon in Oxfordshire where I have been working as a therapist since 2002 and a teacher since 2010.
